This is a lovely, spicy stir-fry and unbelievably quick to make.
Ingredients
- 2 potato diced peeled
- 1 onion cut into wedges
- 500 g lean beef stir-fry strips
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbs oil
Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs satay sauce
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tsp cornflour
Method

Step 1Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and stir-fry the beef in batches.

Step 2Remove from wok.

Step 3Stir-fry the potato for about 5 minutes until browned.

Step 4Add onion and cook for a further few minutes until the onion is soft.

Step 5Sprinkle with the curry powder.

Step 6Return beef to the wok with the combined sauce ingredients.

Step 7Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes until hot.

Step 8Serve with steamed or boiled rice.
