Great for the kids.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spirals pasta shapes cooked small
- 210 g canned pink salmon
- 1 carrot grated small
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/2 red capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tbs parsley chopped
Method

Step 1Cook pasta to packet instructions, drain.

Step 2Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 3Mash salmon in a bowl with a fork.

Step 4Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients, mix well.

Step 5Spoon mixture into 4 small ovenproof pots.

Step 6Bake until heated through, approximately 15 minutes.
