Tender soy sauce flavoured kebabs.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 400 g salmon fillet cubed
- 2 red onion cut into wedges
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Method

Step 1Combine soy sauce and sugar.

Step 2Thread an onion wedge onto skewer, followed by three or four pieces of salmon, finishing off with another onion wedge.

Step 3Heat and lightly oil BBQ plate or grill pan.

Step 4Brush kebabs with sauce and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until tender. Brush regularly with sauce.

Step 5Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
