Ingredients

  • 450 g rhubarb chopped
  • 4 banana
  • 450 g sugar

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine rhubarb and sugar, and leave overnight.
  • Step 2
    Cook until soft, add finely chopped bananas and bring to boil.
  • Step 3
    Boil for 5 minutes then put into jars and cover.
