This is a nice jam, perfect for toast and really yummy.
Ingredients
- 450 g rhubarb chopped
- 4 banana
- 450 g sugar
Method

Step 1Combine rhubarb and sugar, and leave overnight.

Step 2Cook until soft, add finely chopped bananas and bring to boil.

Step 3Boil for 5 minutes then put into jars and cover.
