A recipe I found for quick puff pastry.
Ingredients
- 250 g butter room temperature
- 250 g baker's flour
- 100 ml cold water
- 1 pinch salt
Method

Step 1Sift flour and salt.

Step 2Add butter and rub in with fingers.

Step 3Make a well, add water until a firm dough forms.

Step 4Roll out on a floured board. Fold pastry several times, then roll again two more times.

Step 5Chill pastry for 30 minutes.
