A very quick and easy mushroom sauce for barbeques.
Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms peeled sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 50 g butter
- 200 g canned mushroom
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Sauté the garlic with butter until it starts to caramelise.

Step 2Add mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms are just cooked.

Step 3Add tin of mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Step 4Simmer until heated through.
Recipe Notes
I prefer open mushrooms that are approx 50 mm in diameter. Use can mushrooms in butter sauce.
