A very quick alfredo recipe made in the blender.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Bulla Cooking Cream
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley optional
- 1 salt and pepper *to taste
Method

Step 1Add all ingredients in listed order to a blender.

Step 2Blend together until smooth.

Step 3Cook in the microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until the sauce is heated thoroughly.

Step 4Pulse the sauce 3-4 times.

Step 5Stir and serve over hot pasta.
