A delicious variation of hummus.
Ingredients
- 400 g canned chickpeas drained rinsed
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 cup roast pumpkin
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except yoghurt, in a food processor.

Step 2Add yoghurt, gradually, so it doesn't end up too runny.
Equipment
- 1 food processor
Recipe Notes
Add chilli or cayenne pepper for an extra kick. Great served with carrot or capsicum sticks, or on savoury biscuits.
