Ingredients

  • 400 g canned chickpeas drained rinsed
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup roast pumpkin

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients, except yoghurt, in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Add yoghurt, gradually, so it doesn't end up too runny.

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
Recipe Notes
Add chilli or cayenne pepper for an extra kick. Great served with carrot or capsicum sticks, or on savoury biscuits.
