A creamy yummy side dish for a BBQ or for the family.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pumpkin small
- 4 potatoes
- 600 ml cream
- 45 g vegetable soup mix
Method

Step 1Cut potato into 4 cm chunks and pumpkin into 6 cm chunks.

Step 2Sprinkle with soup mix and pour over cream. Stir.

Step 3Bake at 180C until the potato and pumpkin are cooked.
Recipe Notes
Try not to stir this too much while cooking as the pumpkin tends to fall apart if stirred too much.
If running short on time you can par cook the vegetables in the microwave to get started.
