A coeliac friendly warm winter breakfast. Very quick and easy to make and delicious topped with your favourite yoghurt or fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 4 cup milk
- 1 cup fine polenta
- 1/4 cup caster sugar *to taste
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt *to taste
Method

Step 1Heat milk over medium heat until it is almost boiling.

Step 2Gradually whisk in the polenta and stir for 5 minutes or until the porridge starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in the sugar and spoon into bowls.

Step 4Top with yoghurt of choice.
Recipe Notes
Make sure you take it off the heat as soon as it starts to thicken as it will thicken further on standing. Sugar and yoghurt quantities are really according to taste however you will most likely find that some sugar is necessary.
