Gorgeous, elegant sorbet that is easy to make with a tangy sweet and tart taste. Good with or without alcohol.
Ingredients
- 3 cup grapefruit juice
- 3 cup mixed berries fresh
- 2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vodka optional
Method

Step 1Pour the grapefruit juice, berries, sugar, and alcohol into a blender.

Step 2Blend for 2-3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Step 3Pour the mixture into a container, and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.

Step 4Stir the sorbet to break up the ice crystals to a slushy consistency and return to freezer until firm, approximately 3 hours, and store in a covered container until required.

Step 5To serve, scoop into tall glass, pour vodka or rum over and add a mint sprig.
