This pepper sauce is great to have with your steak.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp green peppercorns drained
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 100 ml light & creamy evaporated milk
Method

Step 1Cook seasoned steak on both sides as desired, remove and keep warm.

Step 2Turn down heat to simmer and add peppercorns. Stir for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3Add the black pepper and milk to the pan. Simmer while stirring for 1-2 minutes

Step 4Add the Worcestershire sauce, stirring all the time.

Step 5Increase the heat a little to thicken and color the sauce, as desired.

Step 6Add the steak back to the pan with the juices, stir and serve.
