Ingredients

  • 2 tsp green peppercorns drained
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 ml light & creamy evaporated milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Cook seasoned steak on both sides as desired, remove and keep warm.
  • Step 2
    Turn down heat to simmer and add peppercorns. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the black pepper and milk to the pan. Simmer while stirring for 1-2 minutes
  • Step 4
    Add the Worcestershire sauce, stirring all the time.
  • Step 5
    Increase the heat a little to thicken and color the sauce, as desired.
  • Step 6
    Add the steak back to the pan with the juices, stir and serve.
