This is a super healthy stir-fry recipe.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken stir-fry strips
  • 3 cups stir-fry vegetables steamed
  • 1 oil spray

Marinade

  • 2 tbs sweet paprika
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 250 ml chicken stock (liquid)
  • 1 garlic clove sliced

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix the marinade ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken and mix well. Allow to marinade for 2-3 hours.
  • Step 3
    Heat a large fry pan with a spray of oil.
  • Step 4
    Add chicken and cook until golden.
  • Step 5
    Add steamed vegetables and some marinade, and cook through.
Recipe Notes

Serve with rice or noodles.
