This is a super healthy stir-fry recipe.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken stir-fry strips
- 3 cups stir-fry vegetables steamed
- 1 oil spray
Marinade
- 2 tbs sweet paprika
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 250 ml chicken stock (liquid)
- 1 garlic clove sliced
Method

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2Add chicken and mix well. Allow to marinade for 2-3 hours.

Step 3Heat a large fry pan with a spray of oil.

Step 4Add chicken and cook until golden.

Step 5Add steamed vegetables and some marinade, and cook through.
