Ingredients

  • 500 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup drinking chocolate powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Sift icing sugar into a 2 litre pyrex jug, making a hollow in the centre.
  • Step 2
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Cook 5-6 minutes on high. Do not stir the mixture during cooking.
  • Step 4
    Blend together with a wooden spoon when taken out of microwave.
  • Step 5
    Be sure not to beat or whip the mixture as this will harden the fudge.
  • Step 6
    Pour into a buttered dish and leave to set.

Recipe Notes
To make coconut ice leave out drinking chocolate or cocoa, add 1 cup coconut and colouring. Use ½ cup drinking chocolate or 2 tablespoons cocoa.
