So quick and easy, all in a 2 litre pyrex jug.
Ingredients
- 500 g icing sugar
- 1/2 cup drinking chocolate powder
- 125 g butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Method

Step 1Sift icing sugar into a 2 litre pyrex jug, making a hollow in the centre.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3Cook 5-6 minutes on high. Do not stir the mixture during cooking.

Step 4Blend together with a wooden spoon when taken out of microwave.

Step 5Be sure not to beat or whip the mixture as this will harden the fudge.

Step 6Pour into a buttered dish and leave to set.

Recipe Notes
To make coconut ice leave out drinking chocolate or cocoa, add 1 cup coconut and colouring. Use ½ cup drinking chocolate or 2 tablespoons cocoa.
