A very quick and easy custard you can make in the microwave.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs custard powder
- 3 tsp sugar
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together well in a microwave-safe jug.

Step 2Cook in the microwave on High for two minutes and then stir.

Step 3Continue cooking and stirring, one minute at a time, until custard is of the right consistency.
