This tasty dish presents well and my kids all love it. You can sneak grated vegetables into it too. A lot of ingredients but they all go together well. - cath&daz

Recipe Notes

You could leave out the rice and serve with toast instead. Leftovers are really nice over toast for breakfast. If you really wanted to go to town with the presentation, a slice or two of avocado would be nice and you could sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves instead of the paprika. The longer this cooks, the better. You can use any sort of mince.
