Ingredients

  • 250 g goat's cheese
  • 500 ml extra virgin olive oil

Selection of flavourings

  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 1 arbequina olives
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 fresh rosemary
  • 1 thyme
  • 1 chilli small
  • 1 black peppercorns whole

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut each cheese into about 6 slices.
  • Step 2
    Place in a glass jar and sprinkle with a selection of flavourings - only use one herb.
  • Step 3
    Completely cover with oil and seal securely.
  • Step 4
    Leave for a few days before using.
