Make as an appetiser, entree or pop on an antipasto platter.
Ingredients
- 250 g goat's cheese
- 500 ml extra virgin olive oil
Selection of flavourings
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 1 arbequina olives
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 fresh rosemary
- 1 thyme
- 1 chilli small
- 1 black peppercorns whole
Method

Step 1Cut each cheese into about 6 slices.

Step 2Place in a glass jar and sprinkle with a selection of flavourings - only use one herb.

Step 3Completely cover with oil and seal securely.

Step 4Leave for a few days before using.
