Great for tacos.
Ingredients
- 1.7 kg canned crushed tomatoes
- 200 g onion finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 garlic clove finely chopped fresh
- 3 chilli hot large *to taste
- 2 tsp Saltines *to taste
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a container. Add some water if mixture is too thick.

Step 2Refrigerate.

Step 3Serve with corn chips.
Recipe Notes
If using red chillies, I also add 150 g green capsicum. I use a food processor to chop the ingredients in stages. I use the vinegar to wet the mix down a bit.
