Lamb and vegetable kebabs.
Ingredients
- 1 red capsicum cut into pieces large
- 1 zucchini cut into pieces
- 350 g diced lamb
- 16 cherry tomato
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove crushed
Method

Step 1Place bamboo skewers into a shallow dish and cover with water. Leave to soak for about 20 minutes.

Step 2Thread capsicum, zucchini, tomatoes and meat onto prepared skewers. Mix oil, lemon juice and garlic together and brush over kebabs.

Step 3Cook kebabs on a barbeque for 10-15 minutes over medium-high heat, or until meat is cooked through.
