Ingredients

  • 1 kg kangaroo fillets
  • 2 capsicums
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion large
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbs chilli sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    Dice meat into 2 cm cubes.
  • Step 2
    Finely chop the capsicum, tomatoes and onion. Place these in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and marinate the meat for 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Thread the meat on soaked skewers and cook over hot coals or barbeque.
  • Step 4
    Cook the remaining ingredients and serve with kebabs.
Recipe Notes

You can always swap the kangaroo with beef.

Use any kind of hot sauce.
