Nice and lean.
Ingredients
- 1 kg kangaroo fillets
- 2 capsicums
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion large
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbs chilli sauce
Method

Step 1Dice meat into 2 cm cubes.

Step 2Finely chop the capsicum, tomatoes and onion. Place these in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and marinate the meat for 2 hours.

Step 3Thread the meat on soaked skewers and cook over hot coals or barbeque.

Step 4Cook the remaining ingredients and serve with kebabs.
Recipe Notes
You can always swap the kangaroo with beef.
Use any kind of hot sauce.
