When I was a kid these were always a party food, my kids just love to make them anytime.
Ingredients
- 85 g jelly crystals (use any flavour you want)
- 400 ml boiling water
- 3 oranges large
Method

Step 1Pour boiling water over jelly crystals and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly.

Step 2Cut oranges in half lengthwise and remove flesh.

Step 3Pour jelly into orange skins.

Step 4Take care to place oranges somewhere they won't tip over. Muffin and cupcake trays work well. Refrigerate.

Step 5When jelly is set, cut into wedges.
Recipe Notes
If you are making these for a party, orange flesh can be used to make a fruit punch.
