Ingredients

  • 85 g jelly crystals (use any flavour you want)
  • 400 ml boiling water
  • 3 oranges large

Method

  • Step 1
    Pour boiling water over jelly crystals and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly.
  • Step 2
    Cut oranges in half lengthwise and remove flesh.
  • Step 3
    Pour jelly into orange skins.
  • Step 4
    Take care to place oranges somewhere they won't tip over. Muffin and cupcake trays work well. Refrigerate.
  • Step 5
    When jelly is set, cut into wedges.
Recipe Notes

If you are making these for a party, orange flesh can be used to make a fruit punch.
