A very easy and tasty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 6 Italian pork sausage
- 1 brown onion
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 880 g canned diced tomato
- 1 cup vegetable stock (liquid)
- 1 dried basil leaves *to taste
- 1 seasoning
- 400 g pasta
- 1 parmesan
Method

Step 1Fry onion and garlic in saucepan until soft.

Step 2Add tomatoes and stock and bring to the boil.

Step 3Reduce heat and add sausages, salt, pepper and dried basil.

Step 4Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 5Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and return to pot. Add sausage mixture to pasta and stir to combine.

Step 6Serve in bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Notes
This is great the next day. I enjoy this meal with a glass of red and a Greek salad.
