A Christmas day treat.
Ingredients
- 1 ham leg
- 1 cup whole cloves
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tsp French mustard
- 2 tbs dry sherry
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Method

Step 1Remove rind and score the ham across and diagonally to form a diamond pattern.

Step 2Insert cloves in each of the diamond-shaped spaces.

Step 3Mix together rest of ingredients and spread over ham.

Step 4Bake in moderate oven for around an hour, basting half way through cooking, until warmed through and golden brown.
