Ingredients

  • 220 ml water
  • 2 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs onion flakes
  • 1 tbs Italian mixed herbs

Method

  • Step 1
    Add water and oil, then dry ingredients to bread maker.
  • Step 2
    Process using dough mode.
  • Step 3
    Allow dough to rise to double its size in bread maker.
  • Step 4
    Divide dough in two then roll and fit to oiled pizza tray.
  • Step 5
    Add toppings to taste and cook at 200C for 15 minutes, or in an electric pizza oven for 5 minutes.

  • 1 bread maker
Recipe Notes
If you have time, it is better to take the dough out of bread maker after kneading phase and place in freezer bag in fridge for initial rise. An overnight slow first rise will giver you a superior dough. Bread flour can be used. This makes 2 large pizzas.
