These bliss balls are great for hormone health and overall health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbs goji berries
- 1 cup almond meal
- 3 medjool dates large
- 2 tbs hulled tahini
- 1/4 cup water
Method

Step 1Blend all ingredients except water.

Step 2Add water to mix and blend further.

Step 3Roll into balls and chill for an hour.
