Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tbs goji berries
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3 medjool dates large
  • 2 tbs hulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  • Step 1
    Blend all ingredients except water.
  • Step 2
    Add water to mix and blend further.
  • Step 3
    Roll into balls and chill for an hour.
