Ingredients

  • 1 mango chopped into pieces
  • 2 tbs coriander chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 4 fish fillets boned
  • 6 tortillas *to serve
  • 2 handfuls rocket leaves washed
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 punnet cherry tomato quartered
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine mango, lime juice and coriander. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a tortilla, place fish chunks and top with salsa, cherry tomatoes and rocket. Fold up and enjoy!
  • Step 3
    Pan fry fish until cooked through. Season, break into chunks and set aside.

  • 1 frying pan

I like to add a little avocado to my wrap and my husband likes to add a little chilli to his.
