It is ham, potato and onion cooked in flour and milk.
Ingredients
- 6 bacon rashers
- 1 onion chopped
- 6 potatoes large peeled sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tomato sliced
Method

Step 1Dip potato in flour and layer a bottom of a casserole dish. Followed by a layer of bacon and tomato.

Step 2Repeat the layers until ingredients are used. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Pour milk over ingredients, cover and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.

Step 4Uncover for the last 5 minutes, making sure dish does not dry out.
