The easiest quiche you'll ever try.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 slice bread, crumbled day-old
- 3/4 cup cheese
- 200g ham (deli) sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 420g corn cob kernels, rinsed
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a 6 cup round ovenproof dish.

Step 2Combine egg, milk, mustard, breadcrumbs, cheese, ham, onion and corn in large bowl.

Step 3Pour mixture into prepared dish.

Step 4Bake for 35 minutes or until just set. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes
You can add anything you like to this dish, such as tomato, spinach leaves or leftover shredded chicken.
