Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 slice bread, crumbled day-old
  • 3/4 cup cheese
  • 200g ham (deli) sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 420g corn cob kernels, rinsed

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a 6 cup round ovenproof dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine egg, milk, mustard, breadcrumbs, cheese, ham, onion and corn in large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into prepared dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 35 minutes or until just set. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes

You can add anything you like to this dish, such as tomato, spinach leaves or leftover shredded chicken.
