Good for dips or on Mexican food, such as tacos.
Ingredients
- 4 cup tomato chopped cored cored ripe
- 5 jalapeno chilli chopped cored cored seeded
- 2 onion chopped peeled
- 1/2 pepper chopped cored cored seeded
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbs parsley chopped fresh
- 1 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.

Step 2Serve with tortilla chips or use on tacos.
