The most chocolatey fudge brownies ever. I hope you like my famous chocolate brownies. They are keepers for sure.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 4 egg
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbs drinking chocolate powder
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Brush a shallow 20 cm x 30 cm pan with oil and line with baking paper.

Step 3Melt the cooking chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or in the microwave. Leave to cool slightly.

Step 4Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence with an electric mixer. Add to the chocolate mixture.

Step 5Sift flour and cocoa. Add to the chocolate mixture.

Step 6Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.

Step 7Combine dark and milk choc chips in a bowl, then add half to the chocolate mixture.

Step 8Add all the white choc chips to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine.

Step 9Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the remaining choc chips and press lightly with the bottom of a spoon.

Step 10Bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.

Step 11Cut into squares then dust with drinking chocolate.
