An easy and delicious dessert using Scotch Finger biscuits as the base.
Ingredients
- 250 g biscuits
- 825 g canned fruit salad
- 3 tbs custard powder
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 300 g cream whipped
Method

Step 1Place biscuits on a tray.

Step 2Drain fruit salad and mix the juice with custard powder.

Step 3Heat until thick, stirring constantly.

Step 4Combine custard mixture and fruit salad and pour over the biscuits.

Step 5Top with banana slices sprinkled with lemon juice, and decorate with whipped cream.

Step 6Refrigerate before serving.
