A quick and easy potato bake.
Ingredients
- 300ml Woolworths Thickened Cream
- 25g French onion soup mix
- 5 extra large potatoes
Method

Step 1Wash potatoes and leave skin on, slice into rounds and layer in a lightly greased baking dish.

Step 2Mix cream and soup mix together in a jug and pour over potatoes.

Step 3Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180C for 40 minutes.

Step 4Remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
This is a great accompaniment for any meat and is good with salad and barbecue meat.
For a cheat's version, omit the onion, garlic and nutmeg for a packet of MAGGI Three cheese Potato bake Recipe Mix. Add with ricotta in Step 5.
