Great fresh home-cooked-style soup. Good for hangovers too!
Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrot diced
- 1 tsp garlic *to taste
- 1 tsp paprika *to taste
- 1 tsp mixed herbs *to taste
- 3 potato diced
- 1 whole fish small
- 750 g mussels
- 2 chorizo sausage
Method

Step 1Fry onion, carrots and garlic with mixed herbs and paprika.

Step 2Add 1 litre of boiling water and potatoes.

Step 3Add fish, mussels and chorizo and simmer for 10 or until potatoes are tender.
Recipe Notes
Add some lemon and oregano for extra flavour. Use chorizo sausages, fried.
