Friends who "hate" fish "love" this one!
Ingredients
- 600 g fish fillets deboned frozen
- 425 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 300 ml cream
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- 1 pinch curry powder *to taste
Method

Step 1Place frozen fish in lightly greased oven dish.

Step 2Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.

Step 3Heat tomatoes, cream and parsley together in a sauce pan until simmering.

Step 4Add curry, salt and pepper.

Step 5Pour sauce over fish and bake at 200C for 45-60 minutes.

Step 6Serve with rice and a plain salad.
Recipe Notes
Very nice, quick and easy to prepare. I have made it with evaporated skim milk to make it low fat and it tasted good as well. I used canned crushed tomatoes with herbs.
