- 200 g fetta
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs basil chopped
- 2 tbs cucumber finely chopped
- 1 tbs red capsicum finely chopped
- 3 semi-dried tomato chopped

Step 1Mash cheese with oil and lemon juice.
