A great tasting pasta dough made without eggs. I mix mine in the bread maker but this recipe could just as easily be mixed by hand.
Ingredients
- 220 g water
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup semolina
Method

Step 1If using bread machine, place all ingredients in mixing chamber and set to dough-pasta.

Step 2If mixing by hand, place into a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together, then knead well.

Step 3Mould it into a large square or rectangular shape.

Step 4Cut to size and place through a pasta machine.

Recipe Notes
I have made this with both white flour and also wholemeal flour, both varieties work well so it is just a matter of preference.
