Only 3 ingredients make up this delicious, light and fluffy chocolate mousse.
Ingredients
- 300 ml cream
- 1 tbs hazelnut liqueur
- 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 tbs white chocolate shaved *to decorate
Method

Step 1Whisk cream in a bowl until just starting to thicken.

Step 2Stir the liqueur through the chocolate spread, then add to the cream and whisk gently until combined and thickened.

Step 3Spoon the mousse mixture into serving glasses or bowls and place in fridge to chill.

Step 4Garnish with shaved white chocolate.
