I love this recipe on a summer's night. It's great in a cone, or on its own.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas frozen cut into chunks
- 4 tbs light cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries chopped frozen
- 1 tbs sugar
Method

Step 1Place bananas in a food processor and blend to form a soft ice cream consistency.

Step 2Add cream, strawberries and sugar.

Step 3Blend until 'ice cream' is formed.

Step 4Serve immediately or keep in the freezer.
Recipe Notes
Make sure the fruit is completely frozen before using.
