Ingredients

  • 8 sausage
  • 5 potato chopped into pieces skin on washed
  • 2 zucchini chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 broccoli chopped into pieces medium
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 2 carrot chopped into pieces medium
  • 1 cup frozen peas and corn
  • 1 cup fresh beans
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs curry powder
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 fresh red chilli chopped hot
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbs cornflour
  • 1 pinch seasoning *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Bring sausages to boil in enough water to cover them.
  • Step 2
    Remove sausages and add vegetables to water.
  • Step 3
    Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, stock, chilli, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer gently until vegetables soften.
  • Step 4
    Slowly add cornflour combined with water, stir to thicken and continue to simmer.
  • Step 5
    Return sausages to saucepan, either sliced or whole and reheat.
