A simple and fast quiche without the fuss of making a base.
Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1 cup button mushrooms diced
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3 sprigs spring onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tomato sliced
Method

Step 1Whisk the milk and eggs, then add the cheese.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients, except the tomato, and stir.

Step 3Pour into a shallow pie dish coated with spray oil.

Step 4Arrange sliced tomato on the top.

Step 5Bake at 185C for 30-35 minutes.

Step 6Serve with salad and crusty bread.
