Recipe Notes
Serve with a scoop of ice-cream, some jelly, mini marshmallows and a few chopped nuts to make your own easy ice-cream rocky road style dessert. I have served this on plain ice-cream, and on pikelets and pancakes with some Chantilly cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, heat in the microwave for a few seconds before serving. Keeps for up to a month. This makes ½-1 cup. Dark chocolate melts can substitute.
