Recipe Notes
What's the secret to making the best truffles?
There's a few easy ways to make the best-ever truffles. The first is to make sure your hands are wet before rolling the balls. Then, if your mixture seems to wet to roll out, pop it in the fridge for half an hour to firm up. To make the mixture go further, you can use a heaped teaspoon to measure out bite-sized balls.
How long do truffles last in the fridge?
Truffles will easily last in the fridge for up to a week. Or, you can freeze them for up to three months. Just thaw them in the fridge overnight when you're ready to enjoy them.
