Everything in equal proportions will do the trick - alter the ingredients to suit your own taste, but keep this in an airtight container in the fridge so the apricots don't turn "icky"!
Ingredients
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried apricots

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

Step 2Use a scoop and fill sandwich bags for use during the week.
Recipe Notes
Preferably, either the peanuts or cashews can be lightly salted, but not both - the salt can interfere too much with the apricots.
