Everything in equal proportions will do the trick - alter the ingredients to suit your own taste, but keep this in an airtight container in the fridge so the apricots don't turn "icky"! - Kaz

Ingredients

  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried apricots

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Use a scoop and fill sandwich bags for use during the week.
Recipe Notes
Preferably, either the peanuts or cashews can be lightly salted, but not both - the salt can interfere too much with the apricots.
