Ingredients
- 300 g dark chocolate chopped
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml boiling water
Method

Step 1Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Step 2Heat cream in saucepan over a low heat until it boils.

Step 3Pour cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth.

Step 4Add boiling water and whisk until smooth.
