This is a lovely, healthy slice and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter melted
- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup pitted dates chopped
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Method

Step 1Combine butter and sugar, and add eggs.

Step 2Stir in oats, flour, dates, sultanas and almonds and mix well.

Step 3Press mixture into prepared slice pan.

Step 4Bake 20 minutes at 180C until golden brown.

Step 5When completely cooled, slice into rectangles.
