Oozy, nutty, chocolate sauce to cover over all sorts of favourite desserts. Great over ice cream, bananas, or dipping with strawberries, raspberries, or all of the above!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
- 50 g dark chocolate grated
- 1 tbs Frangelico
Method

Step 1Combine milk and sugar in small saucepan and bring to the boil.

Step 2Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted and is smooth.

Step 3Add Nutella and Frangelico and combine well.

Recipe Notes
Keeps well in fridge for at least 5 days. Re-soften over medium heat on stove. Frangelico is hazelnut liqueur and can be omitted but it does give the sauce more flavour.
