Oozy, nutty, chocolate sauce to cover over all sorts of favourite desserts. Great over ice cream, bananas, or dipping with strawberries, raspberries, or all of the above! - mini-muffin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full cream milk
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 50 g dark chocolate grated
  • 1 tbs Frangelico

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine milk and sugar in small saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted and is smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add Nutella and Frangelico and combine well.

  • 1 saucepan
Recipe Notes
Keeps well in fridge for at least 5 days. Re-soften over medium heat on stove. Frangelico is hazelnut liqueur and can be omitted but it does give the sauce more flavour.
