These always get talked about when I take them to parties.
Ingredients
- 4 kabana sausage
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- 2 tsp curry powder *to taste
- 1 egg
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C-200C.

Step 2Defrost pastry and cut down the centre to create 2 rectangles.

Step 3Beat egg and brush pastry with egg.

Step 4Cut kabana sticks in half, place each piece of kabana on the pastry sheet.

Step 5On 1 side of the kabana, sprinkle some curry powder and on the other some grated cheese.

Step 6Wrap the pastry round the filling, brush with some more egg and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
