Ingredients

  • 10 sausage thin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery stick
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flaked
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Boil sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove skins, slice into 2 cm pieces.
  • Step 2
    Add onion, celery, carrots, beans and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3
    Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Thicken with cornflour.

  • 1 saucepan
Recipe Notes

Mix about 2 tablespoons of cornflour with a small amount of water to make a thin paste, slowly add to sausages while stirring until you get the right consistency. Slice carrots into approximately 2cm pieces, and broken beans into small pieces.
