These burgers are packed with flavour.
Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup tomato chutney
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 250 g spinach chopped
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato large sliced
- 4 bread roll medium toasted
Method

Step 1Combine mince, oats, chutney, curry powder, spinach and garlic in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2Mould into patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3Preheat a grill, and grill patties until cooked and browned..

Step 4Place lettuce, tomato and patties on toasted rolls.

Step 5Serve hot.
