A very nice dessert after eating dinner.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 60g butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbs icing sugar *to decorate
- 1 cup boiling water
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C and lightly grease four ¾ cup ramekins.

Step 2Put the flour, cocoa and caster sugar into a large bowl.

Step 3Stir in egg, milk and butter. Mix together.

Step 4Spoon the mixture evenly into four ramekins.

Step 5In a separate bowl, mix together the extra cocoa and brown sugar.

Step 6Sprinkle the cocoa and brown sugar mixture on top of ramekins.

Step 7Carefully pour a ¼ cup of boiling water on top of each ramekin.

Step 8Place the ramekins on a baking tray and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the middle.

Step 9Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream or ice cream.
